A Spigot - But Zero Water

When we met her, this lady had just walked to see if there was any water coming from the spigot. There was no water and has not been any for months. In another community a spigot that looked exactly like this one provides water for over 5000 people. With your help we can provide a new safe fresh water well. A new well will provide water for several thousands in this village.
